Do you not ponder over the creation?
Have you not heard the statement of Allah?
Allah says in Surah Luqman
*هَذَا خَلقُ اللهِ*
_This is the creation of Allah_
فَأَرُونِي مَاذَا خَلَقَ الَّذِينَ مِن دُونِه
_So show me what those other than him have created_
بَلِ الظَّالِمُونَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ
_Rather the wrongdoers are in clear error!_
[31:11]

Allah is the creator, the fashioner, the giver of life and the giver of death!
_
When you see the creation of Allah,
Recite the Ayah
رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقتَ هَذَا بَاطِلًا سُبحَانَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النار
_Our Lord, you have not created all of this in vain! Glory be to you! Save us from the fire of Hell!_
[3:191]

Under this Ayah, Imam Qurtubi brings narrations regarding the virtue of pondering. التفكر
_
Ibn Al Qaasim narrated from Imam Maalik رحمه الله that it was said to Umm ad Darda رضي الله عنها: _“What was the state of Abu ad Darda most of the time?"_
He said _“Most of the time he was in a state of deep ponderance”_
_
And it was said to Imam Maalik رحمه الله _“So do you see Tafakkur, Deep Ponderance a good action amongst the other good actions?”_
He said _“Yes, it is a means of certainty”_
_
Al Hasan Al Basri رحمه الله said _“Deep Pondering for one hour is better than doing Qiyaam for an entire night”_
_
Just as an example..
Cheetahs are built for speed, they are streamlined, thinner, flat-headed, their spine is more flexible, their hip joints allow their legs to extend as far as possible and also retract as much as possible when their legs tuck back in mid-leap.
They reach 0-60 in 3 seconds and can go as fast as 80 MpH.
